This scripture helps us to be calm even in the most stressful situations. We should not worry, but trust in God. Also we should always be thankful and with a humble heart bring our requests to the Lord. When we practice this, God gives us that beautiful peace beyond all understanding. Reciting this memorized scripture alone can calm our nerves and bring peace.
Start by reading the verses out loud. Think about how each verse relates to your life. Try to fully understand each verse’s meaning. Pray about them.
Repeat the verses over again as many times as needed to be able to memorize them. Some people memorize better if they write it down. Use whatever method works for you.
Keep going back to the verses periodically to refresh your memory.
