We should keep our eyes on Jesus and follow him. That way he can lead us to the right path. We may think we know what’s best. But we really don’t. We don’t know the future or a person’s thoughts. Therefore we are unable to know what to do. So set your minds on Jesus, not on this short worldly life. And follow him.
Start by reading this verse out loud. Think about how it relates to your life. Try to fully understand it’s meaning. Pray about what this verse means to you.
Repeat this verse over again as many times as needed to be able to memorize it. Some people memorize better if they write it down. Use whatever method works for you.
Keep going back to this verse periodically to refresh your memory.
