It really is true. When we keep our minds on Jesus, we have a perfect peace. Worldly problems just don’t seem so big. God gives us peace beyond all understanding, if we truly serve and follow him.
So memorize this short but powerful verse Psalm 119:105. Hold it in your heart. Keep your mind on the Lord. You will still have troubles, but Jesus will give you a beautiful peace within.
Start by reading the verse out loud. Think about how it relates to your life. Try to fully understand its meaning. Pray about what this verse means to you.
Repeat the verse over again as many times as needed to be able to memorize it. Some people memorize better if they write it down. Use whatever method works for you.
Keep going back to this verse periodically to refresh your memory.
