Deuteronomy 3:16 is a great verse to recite when you are facing hard times. This verse is what Moses said to the Israelites right before he died. The Israelites were going into battle to conquer the promised land currently occupied by many more men who were bigging and stronger than them.
So when you feel the odds are stacked up against you, recite this verse and allow Jesus to go with you.
Start by reading the verse out loud. Think about how it relates to your life. Try to fully understand its meaning. Pray about what this verse means to you.
Repeat the verse over again as many times as needed to be able to memorize it. Some people memorize better if they write it down. Use whatever method works for you.
Keep going back to this verse periodically to refresh your memory.
