This is a beautiful scripture to remember. It reminds us how Jesus walks with us and leads us. If we stray, he will actually come get us. And gently use that rod and staff to lead us back to him. Jesus also gives us peace in those not so peaceful moments. A lovely peace beyond all understanding.

Start by reading the verses out loud. Think about how each verse relates to your life. Try to fully understand each verse’s meaning. Pray about them.

Repeat the verses over again as many times as needed to be able to memorize them. Some people memorize better if they write it down. Use whatever method works for you.

Keep going back to the verses periodically to refresh your memory.
